Sencon Property Development was established in 2001 and has forged a hard-earned reputation in the highly competitive construction market for delivering well-designed, exclusive and quality constructed houses in harmony with the environment. Our dedicated team handles all the aspects of the building process in close consultation with our clients to ensure that their personal requirements are met and that the project is finished in time. We specialise in residential development, from single stand houses to large townhouse complexes and apartments, and has successfully completed numerous residential projects in Pretoria (Bronberg, Olympus, Faerie Glen, Hatfield, Menlo Park) and Potchefstroom. We have also developed two office buildings in the Lynnwood area.
